when to use " I'm good"

 Eating in a restaurant, the meals are served one by one, almost full, the waiter came over and asked:Can I get you anything else? OR Call the customer service phone, the service staff will answer your question, and finally add a sentence:Is there anything else I can help you with?

if we don't need any help,we can say:I'm good
